BetMGM is teaming up with the Pittsburg Pirates in Pennsylvania to expand its brand awareness to PNC Park.
BetMGM Expands Reach in Pennsylvania with Pittsburg Pirates
As BetMGM continues to post exponential growth across the United States, the company is now teaming up with MLB’s Pittsburg Pirates in a partnership that will bring BetMGM branding to PNC Park, along with promotions, social media content and more.
The Pirates executive vice president of sales and business development, David Burke, welcomed the opportunity, arguing that he was proud to announce the collaboration. “We are incredibly excited to partner with such a respected and innovative brand. It allows us the opportunity to provide a unique platform for our fans to engage with Pirates baseball like never before,” Burke stated.
BetMGM and the Pirates will work together to drive various synergies and integrate signage and content across their digital and social media platforms. BetMGM’s signage will be on display at PNC Park, the home stadium of the Pirates.
Responding to the news, BetMGM CRO Matt Prevost added that the company’s footprint in Pennsylvania was constantly improving since it launched operations in December. “Growing our presence across the state, in partnership with the Pirates, is a top priority, and we look forward to providing Pittsburgh’s passionate sports fans unique promotions and benefits only available on BetMGM,” Provost explained.
Recently, BetMGM has extended its partnership with the Washington Nationals and became the official partner for the Professional Fighters League. BetMGM is still one of the three leading sportsbooks and gaming properties in the US, along with its main competitors, DraftKings and FanDuel.
